Welcome to the Piper Kindergarten website. We are happy to share what's happening in our classroom.
This week we will:
- identify words beginning with /z, v, x, d/.
- blend words using all consonants, short a, short i, and short o.
- identify beginning and ending sounds.
- identify capital letters at the beginning of sentences.
- review high frequency words, I, see, my, like, and, a, to, here,
have, for, color words red, yellow, blue, green, orange, yellow,
and number words one to ten.
- check the Dolch word list to see what sight words you child has
mastered.
- write words; I, like, my, see, to, a, go, is, here, have
- count to 50.

March 23-25, 2010 Preschool Screening - LaVergne
